دره پنجشیر – بتاریخ 28 نومبر سال روان، محترم حاجی بهلول والی ولایت پنجشیر با جمعی از روسأ آن ولایت اولین محکمه قضایی تاریخی پنجشیر را افتتاح نمودند. این محاکمه قضایی توسط یکتن از مشهورترین مهندس امریکایی افغانی والاصل، آقای رفیع سمیع زی طرح و دیزاین گردیده بود.

On November 28, 2005, Governor Hajji Bahloul opened the first provincial courthouse in the history of the Panjshir Valley. The new courthouse was designed by the famous Afghan American architect Rafi Samizay.
The construction was performed by MRO, a Panjshiri firm, and completed in a single year.
