IMPORTANT UPDATE: DIV application window has closed, effective on Friday, July 28 2017, 11:59pm ET. Applications are not being accepted at this time until further notice. Please visit www.usaid.gov/div and www.divportfolio.org and follow @GlobalDevLab on Twitter for further updates. For other potential funding opportunities, visit the Global Innovation Exchange at www.globalinnovationexchange.org.
To apply to DIV, first review the latest DIV Annual Program Statement (APS), detailed information about the DIV program and application process, as well as the Frequently Asked Questions. The purpose of the APS, downloadable on this website, is to disseminate information to prospective applicants so that they may develop and submit applications for USAID funding. DIV revises the APS each year on/around November 1. Although changes are usually minimal year-to-year, you should always review the latest APS.
Once you have reviewed the APS and other background, then submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) using the form downloadable on this website and follow the submission instructions contained in the form and outlined in the APS. This is the first step in the DIV application process.
For more information about DIV and what it takes to become a DIV portfolio organization, visit DIV’s online engagement community to read profiles of and learn the latest updates from its portfolio organizations.
