Title: AAPD 15-02 Authorization of Family and Medical Leave for U.S. Personal Services Contractors (USPSCs)

Purpose: The purpose of this AAPD is to implement an USAID policy for family and medical leave for U.S. personal services contractors (USPSCs) based on the requirements of the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993, as amended, and administered by the Department of Labor under 29 CFR 825.
AAPDs are EFFECTIVE AS OF THE ISSUED DATE unless otherwise noted in the guidance below; the directives remain in effect until this office issues a notice of cancellation.
