Eric Watson currently serves dual roles as the Lead Administrative Officer and Supervisor Program Manager for the Office of the Administrator, Executive Secretariat (ES), Budget Resource Management, Office of Civil Rights & Diversity, and Faith Base Office. He manages the day-to-day activities in ES, including administrative and logistical support to the Administrator, Deputy Administrator, and Counselor. Before taking on the role as Lead Administrative Officer for the Office of the Administrator, Eric worked with the Executive Communications, Motorpool, and Liaison Team in ES, as well as managed secure communications between USAID and the Interagency.
Eric is an enthusiast with a passion for getting the job done. He has over 20 years of experience in high-level Administrative Coordination and Management and customer and client services. His belief in people has contributed to the success of building and strengthening teams and a team-centric environment throughout his career. Eric graduated from Norfolk State University, earning a BS in Electronics Engineering and minored in Mathematics.
