Under the All Children Reading: A Grand Challenge for Development Round 1 (ACR1) grant, grantees reported on a number of output and outcome indicators for Monitoring & Evaluation purposes. One of the ultimate outcomes of interest acros all grants is whether beneficiaries’ reading skills improved through the course of the intervention.
